Never Alone

This piece explores the comfort one can feel when surrounded by nature in times of despair and turmoil. Raw emotional reactions to nature can feed the soul and heal the heart. In this painting I wanted to recreate the emotional comfort that I personally feel when I'm surround by natural beauty. Times of despair can lead to silence and self reflection and this is hugely important for personal growth. The ever-changing landscape of Colorado inspires much of my work but even more than that I find inspiration in the people who love and appreciate the nature that surrounds them.
